Big milestone. Rhino Instruments Pty Ltd incorporated (ACN 695 096 658).
Prior to this, Rhino Instruments was a trading name of Sequence Digital Pty Ltd, due to, as Raj and I joke, starting an accidental agtech company in the course of building operations software for the City of Greater Geelong’s Garden Organics Facility in Anakie.
The thing is, the hardware side never quite fit the model of Sequence and needed its own structure.
Part of this was giving us the ability to snag David Spear as a director and shareholder. David brings over 20 years of experience in strategic design and commercialisation, an MBA and Honours in Product Design, and deep roots in Geelong’s sustainability community as Chairperson of Geelong Sustainability. Having someone with his background in product design, innovation, and commercialisation is exactly what we need at this stage.
